Derwentside Employment Team (DET) work on behalf of Derwentside Council to increase the employability of local residents and help them make significant lifestyle changes.

DET can help anyone who resides in Derwentside, however we specialise in working with people who have a health condition or disability and would like to get back to work sometime in the future.
